Bird Watching

Join us for a birding trip that would focus on Hemlock Lake Park and the east (road) side of Canadice Lake. Bird migration peaks in May and Cornell's "BIG GLOBAL DAY" is May 9th--what better way to honor this day with a Little FLX Bird Crawl! Local birding enthusiast, Terry Bohling, will lead a small group in identifying birds and learning about Cornell's Merlin and eBird mobile apps. A list of potential species will be provided in advance. Registration is required and limited to the first 10 people to sign up at Little Finger Lakes Center website: (insert registration link). Meet-up time is 7:00am and location is at Hemlock Lake Park -- rain or shine! Bring binoculars!
